Ian Alleyne recently added stalking a Chief Justice to his repertoire of skills, which also include contaminating crime scenes and balancing canoes for his bestie the Opposition Leader.
In a swift response to the scene that unfolded in the above hyperlink the Chief Justice, Ivor Archie, through his attorney Keith Scotland, unleashed a 9-page pre-action protocol letter on Alleyne.
Clearly having a meal with a guest at TGIF is Alleyne’s idea of a crime. It is the only thing that could possibly explain why he would decide to harass and stalk the CJ publicly and use as his defence, “I from Chaguanas!”
Alleyne is being accused of libel and slander, breach of Common Law, spreading malicious falsehoods and causing aggravated and exemplary damages to the CJ by revealing photographs of the CJs cars and security detail. Pages 4 to 8 above carry the break down of Alleyne’s alleged behaviour and the CJ’s claims and responses.
Alleyne has been instructed to remove all evidence of the video on all platforms; issue a public apology and pay damages for sullying the CJ’s reputation.
